COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINIC – Providence Holy Cross & St. Clare Parish

Providence Holy Cross will be hosting a vaccination clinic here at St. Clare on

Monday, Feb 28th, 2022 from 2:00pm to 6:00pm

We are providing The Pfizer vaccine to adults and children 5+ year old and up. Pfizer Third and Booster shots available.

APPOINTMENTS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

LIMITED WALK-IN SPOTS AVAILABLE. FACE COVERING AND SOCIAL DISTANCING IS REQUIRED.
